Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will deliver one-On-One in-Home aba therapy to children while following behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in team supervision meetings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children. An active cpr certification and rbt certification are preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds.
