Surgical Tech Educator - Surgery

The surgical tech educator collaborates with leadership to assess, design, and deliver clinical education programs for surgical technologists and students. They also serve as a resource for evidence-Based practice, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives within the perioperative department.

Candidates must hold a valid ncct or cst certification and current bls certification. Preferred qualifications include five to seven years of surgical technologist experience, two years of educator experience, and an associate's degree.
