The assistant teacher supports the montessori guide or lead teacher in facilitating interactive learning experiences and maintaining a safe classroom environment. They are responsible for observing and assessing children's development while effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a licensed child care center or related field. Montessori training or certification is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
