Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS)

Provide comprehensive orientation and mobility instruction to clients with vision loss in community, center, and virtual settings. Collaborate with case managers and community partners to develop individualized service plans and ensure contract deliverables are met.

Requires a master’s degree in visual disabilities or special education and current coms certification from acvrep. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level ii background check.
