Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS)

Provide comprehensive orientation and mobility instruction to clients with vision loss in community, center, and virtual settings. Collaborate with case managers and staff to develop individualized service plans and ensure all contractual and professional documentation standards are met.

Requires a master’s degree in visual disabilities or special education and current acvrep coms certification. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level ii background check.
