• Range: $24 to $30 per hour Position Overview Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to children with autism across home, school, and center-based settings in Middlesex County, NJ (Edison, Woodbridge, Perth Amboy, Carteret, Colonia, South Amboy). This flexible, per diem role is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while maintaining control over their schedule. As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the guidance of a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children improve behaviors that interfere with daily living and support the development of key life skills. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, or center-based settings Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA Collect and record data accurately during each session Participate in clinical supervision Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and team members Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times
