Great Start Readiness Program Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing gsrp preschool classroom activities while maintaining a safe and engaging environment. They also manage parent communications, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with mde guidelines.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development with the appropriate endorsement. Applicants should have six months to one year of childcare experience and the ability to obtain necessary certifications like cpr and first aid.
