State Pre-K Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing children while managing classroom operations and curriculum implementation. They also build relationships with families and mentor fellow teachers to ensure a high-Quality learning environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field and have experience leading a classroom. They must also be able to meet state licensing requirements and engage in physical activities with children.
