Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow staff members. They also promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while managing classroom operations and family communications.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be able to meet state and company-Specific childcare requirements and engage in physical activities with children.
