Youth Development Counselor (Per Diem)

The youth development counselor is responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional safety of residents while facilitating daily activities and behavioral plans. They provide individual and group counseling, maintain accurate documentation, and perform active supervision in residential settings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a valid driver's license. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel between residential programs are required.
