Child Care Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum based on naeyc standards. They will also partner with families to provide a nurturing environment and maintain effective communication regarding each child's progress.

Candidates must hold an associate degree in early childhood education, a cda credential, a career pathway level 3, or a bachelor's degree in any field. One year of experience in a licensed child care facility is preferred, along with strong organizational and customer service skills.
