The Women’s Basketball Graduate Assistant supports the daily operations within the women’s basketball program while pursuing a graduate degree. This position assists the coaching staff in areas including practice preparation, player development, game operations, recruiting, and administrative task.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Mobility and ability to lift equipment or other items of 50 pounds. Hearing well enough to communicate with students and co-workers. Visual ability to drive, read, and use a computer. Cognitive/Emotional ability to think critically and concentrate. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: The position is a part-time position in Athletics. The Graduate Assistant for women’s basketball will report directly to the Head coach. WORK SCHEDULE: The Graduate Assistant for Women’s Basketball is required to maintain normal office hours, attend all practices and games, as well as attend required meetings.
