The behavior technician is responsible for implementing individualized skill-Building programs designed by bcbas and collecting behavioral data during sessions. They also maintain communication with the clinical team and families while ensuring the therapy environment is organized.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess a valid california driver's license with reliable transportation. Additionally, they must pass a background check, tb test, and be capable of physically lifting up to 50 lbs.
