Long Term Substitute

The long-Term substitute is responsible for providing classroom coverage, developing lesson plans, and instructing students in accordance with curriculum standards. They must also evaluate student progress, maintain classroom order, and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate knowledge of effective teaching methodologies. While a teaching license is not strictly required, preference is given to those who are eligible for or hold a pennsylvania teaching license.
