New Toddler Lead Teachers generally earn between $13 and $17 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

Job Summary
- Help us implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program! As a member of our teaching team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development
- Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance
- Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
- Working as a team to execute lessons plans
- Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
- Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
- Responding to all children’s needs
- Sustaining professional commitment
- And most importantly,… having fun! You are working with children!
Qualifications
Quality experience is a must to take care of our toddlers! In order for you to be considered as a Lead Teacher, a minimum of two years of experience is preferred.
