Compensation

New Infant Lead Teachers generally earn between $13 and $17 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

Job Summary

  • Help us implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program! As a member of our teaching team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development
  • Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance
  • Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
  • Executing lessons plans
  • Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom

Qualifications

Quality experience is a must to take care of our babies! In order for you to be considered as a Lead Teacher, a minimum of two years of experience is preferred.
