Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by creating an engaging environment and assisting with individualized learning activities. They observe children to meet their developmental needs and collaborate with the team to maintain an orderly classroom.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, adaptable mindset and a genuine interest in the montessori approach are required.
