Shelter Services Case Manager

The shelter services case manager provides job training, ged preparation, and life skills classes to participants while offering one-On-One workforce development support. They also manage participant records, build community partnerships, and provide crisis intervention using trauma-Informed practices.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with one year of experience, or a high school diploma with three years of related experience. Applicants are required to obtain a level i fingerprint clearance card, cpr/First aid certification, and possess a valid driver's license.
