Early Head Start Lead Infant Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing children aged birth to 3 years while mentoring fellow staff members. They must also manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families.

Candidates must hold an associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a cda in infant/Toddler. Experience in leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans is required.
