Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional assists children and teens with developmental disabilities in daily activities and community engagement. They are responsible for implementing behavior plans, tracking progress, and fostering independence through teaching and mentorship.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a genuine passion for working with children. Reliable transportation is required to fulfill the duties of the role.
