Core responsibilities
The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing daily gsrp preschool classroom activities while maintaining supervision and records for all participants. They also conduct parent-Teacher conferences, home visits, and maintain a collaborative relationship with the early childhood specialist.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or child development with an endorsement. Additionally, they need six months to one year of childcare experience and must obtain cpr and first aid certifications within 60 days.
