The bcba will conduct intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and design individualized treatment and skill acquisition plans. They are also responsible for supervising and training aba technicians while providing supportive communication to families regarding treatment progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) credential and be eligible to supervise registered behavior technicians. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the aba field working with diverse age groups is required.
