Swim Lessons Instructor

The swim instructor provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swim classes while maintaining a supportive and safe atmosphere. They are responsible for preparing lesson plans, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring all safety and emergency procedures are followed.

Candidates must hold a ymca swim instructor certification or equivalent, along with current cpr, aed, first aid, and emergency oxygen certifications. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and capable of demonstrating proper swimming stroke techniques.
