Core responsibilities
The specialist is responsible for implementing individualized behavioral plans to decrease unsafe behaviors and increase communication and social skills. They will also observe client progress and collect data to assist in the development of program goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and previous experience working with children. A registered behavior technician (Rbt) credential is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
