Core responsibilities
The specialist will implement individualized behavior plans to decrease unsafe behaviors while increasing communication and social skills. They are also responsible for observing client progress and collecting data to assist in program goal development.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma and previous experience working with children. A registered behavior technician (Rbt) credential is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
