Instructional Aide

The instructional aide provides personalized support and supervision to students in grades k-12 to help implement their individualized education programs. They collaborate with teachers to manage student behavior, track academic progress, and facilitate skill development in classroom and community settings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a basic skills test. Experience working with children in special education or behavioral health settings is preferred, along with the ability to obtain crisis management certification and a valid driver's license.
