Instructional Aide

The instructional aide collaborates with teachers to implement individualized education programs and behavioral interventions for high school students. They are responsible for monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing direct support in both classroom and community settings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a basic skills test. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in education and prior experience working with children in special education or behavioral health settings.
