Registered Nurse, South County Academy

The nurse will provide healthcare services, manage student health needs, and develop individualized care plans for youth within a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, they will conduct health education, provide crisis interventions, and ensure compliance with medication storage procedures.

Candidates must hold a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) and a valid rn license in rhode island. Experience in a residential healthcare or care management setting is required, along with the ability to travel for community visits.
