Lead Teacher- VA

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing daily lesson plans and maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children. They must also communicate effectively with parents and staff while documenting child progress using provided technology.

Candidates must hold an associate degree in early childhood education and have at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Additionally, they are required to possess cpr and first aid certifications and meet all state licensing requirements.
