Market context

Massachusetts athletic trainer roles remain competitive

In Massachusetts, school-based athletic trainer roles are often shaped by steady demand for injury prevention, return-to-play support, and coverage for student athletics. These positions can be competitive because employers typically look for BOC certification, Massachusetts licensure, CPR, and experience ranging from new graduates to 3 years. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your licensure status and vaccination documentation before applying.
