Lead Teacher- IN

The lead teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children. They must also communicate effectively with parents and staff while utilizing technology to track and report child progress.

Candidates must hold a cda or an associate's degree in early childhood education and possess at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Additionally, applicants are required to have cpr and first aid certification and meet all state licensing requirements.
