Lead Teacher- VA

The lead teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment for children. They must also communicate effectively with parents and staff while documenting child progress using provided technology.

Candidates must hold an associate degree in early childhood education and possess at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Additionally, current cpr and first aid certifications are required to meet state licensing standards.
