Program Aid/Specialist-Midway Elementary (Kershaw)

The program aid is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising youth activities while promoting safety and positive relationships. They must also maintain records, mentor participants, and assist in the execution of national projects.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, ged, or college degree along with 6 months to 2 years of program delivery experience. Mandatory requirements include first aid/Cpr certification and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of youth and staff.
