Program Aide/Specialist (Kershaw)

Plan, implement, and supervise youth programs while ensuring the safety and engagement of club members. Maintain accurate records of attendance and program results while providing mentorship and role modeling.

Requires a high school diploma, ged, or college degree along with 6 months to 2 years of program delivery experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and hold mandatory first aid/Cpr certification.
