Job description

  • The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking energetic and responsible individuals to work as Program Specialists for our Manchester YMCA summer day camp programs.
  • As a YMCA Employee you also get a Free Gym Membership.
  • DUTIES of a Program Specialists Summer Camp Program Specialists have the opportunity to positively impact hundreds of youth in our community.
  • We are looking for dependable role models who love to have outdoor fun!
  • As a camp Program Specialist, you will be responsible for the well-being of your campers and providing a safe, engaging environment for them.
  • QUALIFICATIONS of a Program Specialists Successful candidates must be 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED.
  • Counselors must have at least six months of youth development experience.
  • College level courses and CPR/AED/First Aid are highly desirable but not needed.
