Program Supervisor

Program supervisors deliver play-Based, evidence-Based aba therapy to support children with autism. They also train and mentor behavior therapists and caregivers while collaborating with a bcba on assessments and treatment planning.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities using aba principles. They should also be willing to obtain rbt certification or an applicable state aba license.
