Speech Language Pathologists at Achieving True Self assist patients in reaching their maximum functional potential through assessment and intervention services. They create engaging exercises, maintain treatment records, and provide support to clients and their families.
A Master's Degree and a Speech and Language Pathologist License are required for this position. Experience with Autism is strongly preferred, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

What Do ATS SLPs do?
Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) at Achieving True Self (ATS) assists the patient in reaching his or her maximum functional potential through comprehensive assessment and intervention services within The Center of Achievement or other approved locations. Our therapists create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance from the individuals we are fortunate to serve, collect data on their programming targets, and provide comprehensive support to their parents and caregivers, teachers, and other members of their treatment team.
$40-$50 per hour for direct, billable hours. $15 per hour for non-billable, indirect hours such as training and onboarding. This is a part time position.
This position would be located in our Center of Achievement located in Abingdon, MD Our other centers are located in PA and WV. This position is not a remote position and will require you to be onsite and work some after-school/evening hours as clients schedules require.
