Youth Care Worker

The youth care worker ensures the safety and around-The-Clock supervision of youth in a residential program. They monitor student behaviors, document activities, and collaborate with staff to implement individualized treatment plans.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess at least 2 years of post-High school education or equivalent experience working with youth. Applicants must also be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screens, and physical examinations.
