The Special Education Teacher serves as a primary service provider for children birth to three, conducting evaluations and developing individualized family service plans. They provide early intervention services through coaching models and maintain detailed case records while collaborating with internal and external team members.

Required education/License/Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from an accredited college required
WI DPI 808 or 809 Teaching License preferred, early childhood or special education teaching license required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and must have a clean driving record. Driving record will be checked with the Division of Motor Vehicles. A clean driving record constitutes having no more than two minor violations; or having one minor violation and no more than two at-fault accidents. Proof of Auto Insurance must also be provided.
