Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA will deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs. This role blends center-based services with travel, allowing you to provide well-rounded, client-centered care. Additional travel may be required to support client care. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of children receiving ABA services Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Support successful client transitions and discharge planning Maintain compliance with clinical and documentation standards Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development Performance Expectations Minimum of 100 billable hours per month Earn additional incentives at 30+ billable hours per week ($100/hr incentive eligibility) Job Type Full-time, Hybrid (1–2 days in office) Work Location Hybrid with in-person services at: 2932 Heritage Pl NE Milledgeville, GA 31061 QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Master's Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field Licensed Professional as per state guidelines.
