About the Role

Join Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning as an Aide or Teacher, where you will play a vital role in shaping young minds in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Support children in daily activities, fostering independence and self-confidence. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and needs. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies. Observe and assess children’s development and behavior, providing feedback and support as needed. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor. Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting preferred. Relevant certifications in early childhood education or child development are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Basic understanding of child development principles and best practices. CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable. Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
