Lead Teacher 1 PY

The lead teacher is responsible for developing nurturing relationships with children and families while implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum. They oversee daily classroom operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate records of child assessments and program budgets.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field and possess at least one year of experience working with children ages birth to five. A valid ohio driver's license and proficiency in microsoft office 365 are also required.
