Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

The certified occupational therapy assistant will provide ongoing treatment to an assigned caseload and collaborate with the supervising occupational therapist. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, conducting family training, and participating in iep and etr meetings.

Candidates must hold an associate’s degree in an accredited occupational therapy assistant program and possess a current license to practice in ohio. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass fbi and bci background checks are also required.
