A Before and/or After School Staff - Hernando School Age Programs^

The staff member is responsible for supervising children to ensure their safety while facilitating enriching activities that support academic and social growth. They must also maintain accurate attendance records and foster positive relationships with children, parents, and community members.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be at least 16 years of age. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 pounds and maintaining continual physical endurance throughout the shift.
