Ambassador

The ambassador engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes to fulfill the fca mission through discipleship and spiritual leadership. They are responsible for recruiting and training volunteers while maintaining biblical standards within the assigned sports environment.

Candidates must agree with and abide by the fca christian community statement and maintain a spiritual rhythm of prayer and bible study. The role requires active participation in a local church and the ability to effectively lead and mentor staff, volunteers, and athletes.
