Ambassador

The ambassador engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes to fulfill the fca mission through discipleship and spiritual leadership. They are also responsible for recruiting and training volunteers while maintaining alignment with fca's biblical standards and policies.

Candidates must agree with and abide by the fca christian community statement and maintain a spiritual rhythm of prayer and bible study. The role requires active participation in a local church and the ability to provide spiritual leadership to staff, volunteers, and athletes.
