Retention & Student Engagement Coordinator

The coordinator supports student retention and persistence by managing student information systems, probation tracking, and financial support coordination. They also collaborate with faculty and advisors to implement evidence-Informed strategies for online and nontraditional students.

The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least two months of experience in student services or programming. Alternatively, a candidate may substitute the degree with 48 months of related experience for a total of 60 months.
