The educator will manage classroom needs to support children's well-being and nurture a love of learning through child-centered activities. They are also responsible for maintaining regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.
Candidates must pass state and company background checks and possess at least a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, they must hold or be working toward required teacher certifications and be physically capable of active play with children.

Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
