Core responsibilities
Staff members are responsible for the physical, social, and emotional well-Being of campers while facilitating engaging daily programs such as arts, stem, and outdoor activities. They must work collaboratively with co-Staff to maintain a safe, inclusive, and fun community environment throughout the summer.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old (Or 17 with a high school diploma) and possess at least one year of experience in a child care setting. Applicants must be able to live on-Site for the summer season and pass a background screening.
