Educators are responsible for developing programs and maintaining high licensing standards while fostering a learning community based on Jewish values. They provide a nurturing environment that encourages inquiry and treats every child with dignity and respect.

The Harry & Rose Samson Family JCC invites passionate, caring educators of all backgrounds to join our staff family. At Gan Ami, we provide a warm, individualized, and nurturing environment that encourages inquiry and treats every child with dignity, respect, and compassion.

As a member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in program development, maintaining high licensing standards, and fostering a learning community rooted in Jewish ethics and values.

Positions available

  • We are currently seeking educators for the following schedules at our Whitefish Bay campus:
  • Full-Time: Monday – Friday

Qualifications

A good candidate will have

A genuine love and respect for children and families.

A flexible mindset and a desire to be part of a collaborative learning community.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to obtain/maintain First Aid and CPR certifications (free onsite training provided).

An ideal candidate will also have

1–2 years of experience in an ECE center, or similar experience (nanny, camp counselor, babysitting).

Level 7+ on the Wisconsin Registry for Early Childhood.

Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of child development approaches.
